2020 BMW X6 Rumors, Redesign, Release Date, Price. The model debuted in 2008 and the second generation arrived for the 2015 model year. The new version of this model comes as the 2020 BMW X6.
2020 BMW X6: PERFORMANCE
The engine range of the 2020 BMW X6 should fit with the current offer. The rear-wheel drive will be available by default while the all-wheel drive will come as an option. The 8-speed automatic will, of course, come with all engine options.
The M version will also arrive with the 4.4-liter twin-turbo V-8. The power it can make will reach 570 hp and torque 555 lb-ft.
2020 BMW X6: CHANGES
While we a had chance to see the prototype model of the new-generation X5, the next X6 is still out of reach. Considering that X6 shares much of its powerful hardware and body design with the X5, we should also expect that this model will also cut down on BMW’s usual life cycle.
2020 BMW X6: STYLING
Before the X6 switches to the new CLAR platform, we don’t expect to see any radical change in model’s appearance. Sculpted body lines, sporty bumpers, coupe-like profile combined with the attractive wheels will again stand out the 2020 BMW X6 from the crowd of the conventional crossover SUVs and with some new details BMW might also make things even more interesting but we don’t see radical changes in the horizon for the 2020 model.
The cabin of the X6 will be another example of BMW’s impressive craftsmanship. All models will feature premium quality materials and comfortable seats.
On the other hand, the model will feature BMW’s familiar dashboard design with the touchscreen interface sourced from the 7-Series model. The model will also include the list of advanced driver’s aids common for all modern vehicles. There will be adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, lane keeps assist, blind-spot monitoring, automatic braking, etc.
2020 BMW X6: RELEASE, PRICE
The 2020 BMW X6 should present itself in the first half of 2020. We don’t exclude that BMW is preparing some early surprises.
